Request Process

To request a custom set, please provide:

Design Approval

Before production begins, we may confirm design details with you.

Once your design has been approved and production begins:

  • Changes cannot be made
  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Refunds are not available

Inspiration Photos

You may provide inspiration photos; however, handmade designs may not be identical.
